• A notarized Advanced Level Certificate Education (A2) with a score of 50% and above for bachelor and advanced diploma candidates
• Notarized equivalence for the candidates who have obtained their certificate from foreign countries or in an international program being offered in Rwanda ( ex. Cambridge program)

• Payment proof of 5000 Rwfs of application fee
