
Prof. Kayigema Jacques

Prof. Kayigema Jacques, PhD (University of South Africa). Jacques currently serves as the Director of Research and Publications at the Adventist University of Central Africa. As Chief-Editor of the Journal of Inter-discourse Academia, he has actively been involved in producing quality articles for the University Journal through receiving, peer-reviewing, editing, designing, printing, and online posting of the biennial journal since 2014. His ongoing research targets onomastics (anthroponyms and toponyms), phonological aspects, and Global English.

Nelson Mwesigye

Nelson Mwesigye is a lecturer at East African University, Rwanda, where he also serves as the Head of the Language Department. He holds a Master’s degree in Education Management. His academic work focuses on communication skills, language education, critical thinking, and transformative teaching in higher education. Mwesigye has extensive experience in professional training and capacity building. He has conducted communication and English language training for institutions such as the Rwanda National Police, the Rwanda Investigation Bureau, and other public sector organizations. His work emphasizes strengthening professional communication, academic writing, and language proficiency among institutional staff. He is also a marriage counsellor. He is the author of several Associate Chief Editor books, including Foundations of English Language Education Blueprint, The Stillness That Heals, The Silent Truth, Weathering Love, When Love Learns to Stay, The Grace of Walking Away, Interpersonal Communication Skills for Filmmakers, Becoming, and Transformative Teaching Blueprint. Mwesigye previously served as the Editor of the KIM University Journal from 2016 to 2018. He is also a member of the Baobab Mentorship Program in partnership with the MasterCard Foundation, where he contributes to mentorship and leadership development initiatives.

Dr. Enock NYISINGIZE

Dr. Enock NYISINGIZE earned PhD in education—Curriculum and Instruction from the Adventist International Institute of Advanced of Advanced Studies (AIIAS) based in the Philippines. He did his master degree in education—Instructional Design from Groningen University—Netherlands, and bachelor degree in Education—educational psychology from Adventist University of Central Africa (AUCA). He has 19 years of experience in academia where he served in different universities. He is currently the Deputy Vice Chancellor for Academic Affairs, Research, Consultancy and innovation (DVCAR) at East African University Rwanda (EAUR), and previously served as the Director of quality Assurance at University of Tourism, Technology and Business Studies (UTB), academic registrar, Head of examination office, Administrative Assistant to the Vice Chancellor’s
office, and Associate dean of students at University of Lay Adventist of Kigali (UNILAK). He has vast experience in educational research and with strong interest in Research methodology. He serves as both supervisor and external examiner of Master thesis and PhD dissertations in different universities.
